LeanOft is a company established with a purpose of supporting other companies with their continuous improvement efforts. There are many reasons a lean implementation and continuous improvement efforts fail, one of them is lack of support. This is where LeanOft can help.

Our aim is to get to know our customers, to provide them with support tailored to their needs to solve their problems and help them become independent LEAN practitioners, who are able to optimize their production or office environment for their own and their end customer's benefit.

LeanOft is on a mission to bring real LEAN to businesses. Rather than offering one service or another (aka: offering one tool or another from the lean toolbox), we want to introduce and utilize the power of real LEAN, using LEAN Thinking in any business setting.

Your LEAN Partner at LeanOft

Roland Kiglics

I started LeanOft to advance other businesses with my practical experience and theoretical knowledge in LEAN thinking.

I boost a cumulative experience of 16 years in diverse industries and areas of business. Throughout my career, I consistently found myself improving existing processes or implement new ones.

Most recently, I have led Lean Transformations in both industrial manufacturing and healthcare environments, successfully delivering hundreds of Lean Projects from inception to completion. I have facilitated and led the development of several one-piece flow production lines, resulting in a significant reduction in manufacturing lead times and the elimination of numerous wasteful activities.

In my role as a Lean Manager;

• I was in charge of formulating and implementing the annual Lean Roadmap,

• Organized, facilitated and supported the execution of hundreds of Kaizen events.

• Worked with, and trained individuals at different organisational levels in the principles of Lean / Kaizen and TPS.

• Designed and effectively implemented new programs to engage employees by harnessing the talents of those closest to the work.

  Prioritising people has been vital to my achievements in these undertakings. Presently, I am bringing the Lean and Kaizen methodologies to Leanoft’s clients, be it a small or medium-sized firm or a multinational corporation.
